On the way to Winnipeg – guess what? Rain again…

We found the Seal River Crossing sculpture.

Portage and Main reported to be the windy corner…not so bad compared to Toronto’s financial district towers.

Finally our boutique hotel the Mere right on the river with a very nice restaurant across the boardwalk.

The Canadian Museum of Human rights was very close by.

We had a very good time touring Winnipeg and seeing an old friend – then back on the road to Toronto…I think just one more of this trip before the Antarctica stuff.
